US Visa Latest: Premium processing fee for H-1B visa to be increased from tomorrow

The fee for applying for a visa has been raised by US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) for all visa categories, including H-1B. Non-immigrant visas such as the H-1B permit US employers to hire foreign nationals for specialized jobs requiring advanced technical or theoretical training.

Tomorrow is the last date to save on the filing fee for Form I-907 charged by the US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) for all eligible forms and categories. The filing fee for Form I-907 used as ‘Request for Premium Processing’ is being increased starting February 26, 2024.
