Entertainment sector leasing registers 179% Y-o-Y growth

Entertainment sector which includes movie theatres, gaming arcades, and children’s play areas has doubled the space take up in 2023 with people spending more time and money on leisure and activities.

Total space taken by this segment jumped to 660,000 in 2023 against 240,000 sq ft in previous year.
