Ericsson secures 5G RAN deployment deal from Vodafone Romania

NEW DELHI: Vodafone Romania has awarded a six-year 5G Radio Access Network (RAN) deal to Swedish telecom gear maker Ericsson.

As part of the deal, Vodafone Romania will also use Ericsson’s RAN technology to enhance its existing mobile network to offer faster speeds, low latency, and more reliable and secure network performance.
