Fruitful quarter: Apple India logs record revenue

Apple CEO Tim Cook on Friday said the company recorded a record-high revenue in India during the October-December quarter. This is because of strong iPhone sales and pick-up in the enterprise segment.

Apple has recorded double-digit growth in the India market for the seventh straight quarter with strong demand for older versions of iPhone along with the latest iPhone 15.

“Emerging markets have been a very key area of strength for us. If you look at it, India in revenue terms grew strong double-digits in the December quarter and hit a quarter revenue record,” Cook said during the October-December quarter earnings call with analysts.
