Mobility, IOT most popular among papers presented at Comsnets
The 16th edition of Comsnets – International Conference on COMmunication Systems & NETworkS – organised by IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers) and ACM (Association for Computing Machinery) was held in Bengaluru earlier this month. This year drew a record number of in-person attendees, at over 500. The conference was led by general chairs Saurabh Bagchi, professor at Purdue University, US, and Rajesh Sundaresan, professor at IISc, Bengaluru.
The conference’s objective is to bring academicians and industry practitioners together to review the latest developments in communications, computing, and networking technologies, and discuss paths for adoption in services and products. Participants included leaders from TCS, Ericsson, Intel, Bosch, Cisco, Samsung, IBM, Qualcomm, Google, Microsoft, and others.
