Happiest Minds to create verticals, gen AI unit to get new business

Mid-sized IT services and digital transformation firm Happiest Minds Technologies will verticalise its businesses into industry groups in a bid to expand client base as it begins to invest in artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities with a focus on India business.

“We have started verticalisation and are going to create five to six verticals…We expect these vertical/industry group heads and self-contained units to be engines of growth,” said Joseph Anantharaju, Executive Vice Chairman at Happiest Minds.
