2G spectrum scandal: Delhi Court to soon conclude hearing against A Raja, others

The appeals filed by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and Enforcement Directorate (ED) challenging the acquittal of former telecom minister A Raja and others in the 2G spectrum allocation scandal are nearing completion.

The Delhi High Court, hearing the appeals on a day-to-day basis, is likely to conclude the hearing of all the parties involved within a month, said people in the know. The counsel for the CBI has already presented its arguments and filed documents/compilations. On the other hand, Raja’s defence counsel has countered the agencies’ case while concluding his arguments.
