India’s diversified contract manufacturer Aequs will soon make its new line of Marvel toys for India as well as for the countries in the Middle East, ET has reported. It’s a small step for the company but a big leap for India which has been trying to prop up its toy manufacturing sector eyeing to replace China as the leading exporter of toys. In December itself, global toy retailer Toys ‘R’ Us announced it would start manufacturing in India just as numerous local manufacturers have been supported with duties, regulations and financial incentives.
