Tata Play becomes the first DTH player to carry over 100 HD and all DD channels

Tata Play, a content distribution platform, becomes the first DTH player to carry over 100 HD channels. This closely follows the brand’s recent success in launching the country’s first demand-driven satellite GSAT-24 which gave Tata Play the largest satellite bandwidth in the country.

Living up to its promise of catering to all subscribers, genres and languages, the over 100 HD channels available on Tata Play span across 17 genres and includes HSM as well as key regional markets like Tamil Nadu, West Bengal, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala, Maharashtra, and Odia.
