3SC Solutions, a data analytics company, has announced the launch of GAURI, a chatbot powered by AI capabilities. From what it’s understood, GAURI offers insights, recommendations, and an interface to traverse the complexities of supply chain management.

According to an official release, GAURI integrates with and analyses clients’ supply chains to identify risks, giving solutions and recommendations. Reportedly, one of the features of GAURI is its capacity to enable responses to inquiries and create insights. It’s believed that GAURI reduces the time taken to identify and address supply chain risks, improves overall resilience by using GAURI’s real-time insights and implementing strategies, and improves customer satisfaction through interactions with the supply chain management system.
