New Delhi: Auction for satellite communication spectrum is complicated as, like Wi-Fi, it is a shared frequency and will at best be a complementary service to mobile telephony and not competing, said a top executive at Hughes Communications, weighing into the debate on this contentious issue that is facing the authorities in India.
