HCLTech wins Banco Do Brasil deal

HCLTech said on Monday that it has won a deal from Banco do Brasil, one of the largest financial institutions in Latin America, through a bidding process, to support the bank’s digital transformation and customer relationship management (CRM) journey and implementation of Salesforce. Deal financials were not disclosed.

HCLTech’s partnership with Salesforce will be used by Banco do Brasil to hyper-personalise customer relationship and service solutions, drive customer satisfaction and engagement within their omnichannel ecosystem, using AI resources, data unification and intelligent guidelines.
