ideaForge, GalaxEye ink pact to develop UAV foliage penetration radar

NEW DELHI: Drone maker ideaForge has signed a pact with space technology (spacetech) startup GalaxEye to develop a UAV Foliage Penetration (FOPEN) radar for security forces to address the needs for enhanced aerial surveillance and mapping.

The solution will address the unique demands of the operations that involve penetrating dense foliage, ensuring seamless monitoring while overcoming obstructions, ideaForge and GalaxEye said in a joint statement.
