Gaming firm Nazara raises Rs 100 crore from Zerodha’s Nikhil Kamath

Gaming and media firm Nazara Technologies on Monday said it was raising Rs 100 crore from Nikhil Kamath, cofounder of retail stockbroker Zerodha, via an equity share issue.

The firm said it is issuing shares to Kamath at Rs 714 per share. The firm’s shares rose about 9.7% to Rs 833.45 in early morning trade on the National Stock Exchange (NSE).
