Four tour operators cheat 13 Raj men out of Rs 22 lakh
AHMEDABAD: A man from Rajasthan on Thursday filed a complaint with Cybercrime police in the city, alleging that a tour operator from Paldi and his three aides cheated him and 12 others from his village out of Rs 22 lakh.
Kashmiruddin Qureshi, 34, a daily wage labourer from Khandela village in Sikar district of Rajasthan, said that the accused, Mushtaq Ansari, had married a woman from Qureshi’s village. Qureshi then found out about Ansari and his work of sending people abroad.
In November 2022, Ansari told Qureshi about job openings in Cambodia and told him he could provide visas and work permits for a bargain.
