Mahindra Logistics collaborates with Flipkart

Chennai: Mahindra Logistics Limited, a third-party logistics service provider, on Friday announced its collaboration with Flipkart for integrated line haul solutions offering fleets for long distance transportation. It will provide a dedicated fleet of heavy commercial vehicles, assistance in route management and network operations and advanced analytics for the e-tailer’s pan India operations.

The fleet deployed will primarily facilitate Flipkart’s e-commerce parcel movements through hub-to-hub operations. Mahindra Logistics MD & CEO Rampraveen Swaminathan told reporters here that the collaboration has commenced with deployment of 50 vehicles.
