2 more held for Amazon exec’s murder in NE Delhi

NEW DELHI: Two more people have been arrested in connection with the murder of an Amazon executive in northeast Delhi’s Bhajanpura on Tuesday. The accused have been identified as Sohail alias Bawarchi and Jubair Kaswar, who stay in the same area.

Sohail, cops said, was the person who had claimed that he had been slapped by Harpreet Gill (36) in the past and instigated the others to attack him. The accused were trying to escape to Punjab but were apprehended in time, DCP (northeast) Joy Tirkey said.

Earlier, the cops had arrested two people, including the kingpin of this gang, Mohammed Sameer alias Maya. The other was identified as Bilal Gani alias Maalu. “Till now, four people have been arrested in the case.
