Windows 11 may soon allow users to delete more built-in apps

Microsoft ships multiple “inbox apps” pre-installed with Windows 11. The company gradually started allowing users to uninstall some of them. Now, the tech giant is planning to offer Windows 11 users the ability to remove more built-in apps.

The company has announced a new build of Windows 11 for Canary Channel testers. This build will allow testers to uninstall several first-party apps including — the Camera app, the Cortana app, the Photos app, the People app and the Remote Desktop (MSTSC) client.
