Krafton announces $150 million investment to boost India’s gaming ecosystem

BGMI-maker Krafton has announced its commitment to invest $150 million in India over the next two to three years. This investment will help in the growth of the gaming and startup ecosystem in the country. Since its first investment in March 2021, Krafton has played an important role in fostering the Indian startup landscape by infusing nearly $140 million into 11 startups. Beyond game development studios, the company’s investments span across other sectors, including, Esports, multimedia entertainment, content creation and audio platforms.
