RedBus has announced a new way for travellers to book bus tickets. Passengers can now use Redbus chatbot on WhatsApp to book tickets. The feature enables customers to book their bus tickets by interacting directly with the RedBus chatbot on WhatsApp.

RedBus customers can access this feature starting August 7. Customers can simply save the RedBus contact number 8904250777 and initiate a chat with a “Hi”. The chatbot will guide them through the entire booking process, from selecting travel dates and destinations to making secure payments.
