Man loses Rs 37 lakh after ‘liking’ Instagram posts of ‘Bollywood celebrities’

THANE: A 32-year-old jobseeker was duped of Rs 37 lakh allegedly by four persons who lured him into a part-time job of liking the Instagram posts of Bollywood celebrities.

The complainant had uploaded his biodata on two online recruitment portals as his contract was getting over with the company he was working with.

He got a message from an unidentified person on his WhatsApp. The man offered him a part-time, he told police.
