Reliance Industries partners Brookfield, Digital Realty to develop data centers in India

NEW DELHI: Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) has entered into an agreement to invest alongside Brookfield Infrastructure and Digital Realty in their Indian special purpose vehicles (SPVs) for developing data centers in India.

As per a statement by the oils-to-telecoms conglomerate on Monday, RIL will hold a 33.33% stake in each of the Indian SPVs and become an equal partner.
