Google is bringing improved meeting room suggestions in Calendar: Here’s what is new

Google Calendar is getting an update. The tech giant has announced that it is rolling out improved meeting room suggestions. The company is combining the two types of already available types into one ‘updated’ setting.

Earlier, there were two different room suggestion types which were based on a company’s Calendar settings, Google said. While the first option listed frequently used rooms for users to pick from, the second used the structured meeting rooms feature to suggest rooms based on meeting attendees’ self-selected working location.
