KaarTech raises $30 million from A91 Partners

CHENNAI: KaarTech, a tech consulting firm specialising in SAP and S/4 HANA implementation, has raised $30 million from A91 Partners.

This is Kaar’s first equity raise since its launch in 2006, and the company will use the funds to fuel its organic and inorganic growth across existing markets in the Middle East, the European Union and North America, and further solidify its presence in the American market.

It is also expected to help the tech firm in its aspirations to go for an IPO soon.

KaarTech specialises in IP and digital services in the SAP ecosystem with specific focus on the discrete manufacturing, professional services automation, process manufacturing and consumer packaged goods verticals.
