Mphasis shares rise 1.57 per cent in Friday’s trading session

Shares of MphasiS Ltd. rose 1.57 per cent to Rs 2005.0 in Friday’s trade as of 10:05AM (IST) even as the benchmark Nifty ruled at 18501.2, up 13.45 points.

The scrip had closed at Rs 1974.0 in the previous session. The stock quoted a 52-week low of Rs 1660.65 and a high of Rs 2700.0. The company quoted a market-cap of Rs 37440.74 crore on the BSE.

On BSE, 5,038 shares have changed hands on the counter so far. At its prevailing price, the stock traded at 22.86 times its trailing 12-month EPS of Rs 86.94 per share and 4.27 times its book value. The return on equity (ROE) stood at Rs 20.64.
