After TCS, Infosys launches a new AI-powered platform for businesses

Infosys has launched Topaz, a set of services, solutions and platforms that use generative artificial intelligence (AI) technology aimed at helping enterprises accelerate their business value. It leverages Infosys applied AI framework to build an AI-first core that empowers “people to deliver cognitive solutions that accelerate value-creation.”

Infosys said that Topaz will “help amplify the potential of humans, enterprises and communities to tap into the next generation of opportunities to create value from unprecedented innovations, connected ecosystems and pervasive efficiencies.”

According to the company, Topaz uses Infosys Cobalt cloud and data analytics to AI-power businesses, and deliver cognitive solutions and experiences for growth. The ‘responsible by design’ approach “ensures uncompromising ethics, trust, privacy, security and compliance”, it added.
