Wipro’s Q4 average variable payout to be 80%

Bengaluru: Wipro has decided that the average variable pay for the final quarter of FY23 would be 80%, sources told TOI. Wipro did not respond to a question on this matter.

In the first quarter, the company’s average variable payout was 70%, but it was given only to junior employees. In the second quarter, it went up to 100%, and in the third quarter, it dropped to 87%.

So far, TCS and Infosys have declared the variable payout for Q4. TCS has been consistently giving most employees 100% variable pay for the last few quarters.
