Infosys partners with ServiceNow to launch live operations platform

IT services company Infosys on Tuesday announced a collaboration with digital workflow company ServiceNow to launch the Infosys ‘Live Operations’ platform to enhance customer experiences. Infosys leveraged ServiceNow technology to build Infosys Live Operations, a statement said, adding that it seamlessly integrates with legacy and digital environments to simplify business operations by application rationalisation and technology stack optimisation.
