Jio, Airtel express dismay over use of unlicensed spectrum for IoT, Wi-Fi services

NEW DELHI: The top executives of telecom operators Reliance Jio and Bharti Airtel expressed their dismay over the use of unlicensed spectrum for Internet of Things (IoT) and Wi-Fi services, but observed that the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has been consistent in pricing aspect of spectrum auctions in the country.
