India Semiconductor Research Centre to be launched soon: MoS IT Rajeev Chandrasekhar

India Semiconductor Research Centre (ISRC), a private industry-led research house, will be launched soon, said Rajeev Chandrasekhar, Minister of State for Electronics and Information Technology, on Friday.

A modern research fab and a semiconductor laboratory will be co-located with the ISRC.
