Mphasis shares down 1.43% as Sensex falls

Shares of MphasiS Ltd. fell 1.43 per cent to Rs 2230.25 in Friday’s session as of 01:53PM (IST) even as the equity benchmark Sensex traded 456.82 points lower at 60862.69.

Earlier in the day, the stock witnessed a gap down start to the session. The stock quoted a 52-week high price of Rs 3466.4 and a 52-week low of Rs 1897.35 on NSE. Around 6614 shares changed hands on the counter till 01:53PM (IST).

The stock opened at Rs 2240.05 and has touched an intraday high and low of Rs 2260.7 and Rs 2213.3 during the session so far. The stock quoted a price-to-earnings (PE) ratio of 25.91, earnings per share (EPS) of Rs 86.27 and price to book value (PB) of 9.13, while the return on equity (ROE) stood at Rs 20.6.
