Nokia to open lab in Bangalore to drive Industry 4.0

NEW DELHI: Finnish telecom gear maker Nokia will open a dedicated device testing lab for its enterprise customers in Bangalore, India, as the company on Wednesday outlined plans to expand its Lab-as-a-Service (LaaS) solution.

The dedicated device testing facility in Bangalore will allow more customers to accelerate the Industry 4.0 adoption, said Nokia in a statement.

Nokia LaaS facilities are already in operation in the United States, Europe, South Korea and Japan.
