Vedanta hires former NXP exec David Reed as CEO of semiconductor business in India

NEW DELHI: Homegrown conglomerate Vedanta has hired industry veteran David Reed as the chief executive officer (CEO) of its semiconductor business.

In his new role, Reed will be responsible for setting up a semiconductor fab unit and a semiconductor assembling and testing unit.
