Jio poised to lead India’s 5G market on back of spectrum holding, use of advanced tech: GlobalData

NEW DELHI: Reliance Jio’s 5G spectrum holding across key bands such as low-band (700MHz) and mmWave (26GHz) combined with the use of advanced technology will help the telecom operator take lead in India’s 5G market, according to research firm GlobalData.

Jio recently said its True 5G services have been expanded to 184 cities across the country, with the addition of 50 cities.
