Elon Musk thanks Twitter employees for working long hours, read the email

Elon Musk reportedly sent a companywide email to Twitter employees thanking them for working long hours since he took over on October 28. According to a report in CNBC, in an email Friday (November 12), Musk thanked employees who worked late Thursday (November 11) alongside him in Twitter’s offices and invited them to visit him in person to discuss the company’s future. The ‘thanks email’ comes just a day after Musk sent a company-wide email reversing Twitter’s previous “work from home forever” policy and asking them to mandatorily work 40 hours per week from office. The email also warned employees that the company may not survive the economic downturn without significant revenue and asked them to prepare for a “dire” economy.

Here’s the e-mail from Musk to Twitter employees thanking them for the long hours, as it appeared on CNBC.
