Netflix launches a new cheaper plan but with ads: All the details

Netflix for years has resisted showing ads on the OTT platform. Not anymore as the streaming company has announced a new, cheaper plan that will come with ads. Here we bring you all the details:

Called Basic with Ads, this is Netflix’s lower priced ad-supported plan. Basic with Ads will cost $6.99 a month in the US and launch on November 3 at 9 am PT. The Basic with Ads plan be available in Australia, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Korea, Mexico, Spain, the UK and the US.
