Intellian signs multi-year partnership with Speedcast to serve growing satcom demand

NEW DELHI: Intellian, a provider of satellite communications (satcom) technology solutions, Wednesday said it has signed a multi-year partnership agreement with Australian satcom service provider Speedcast to serve emerging markets with satellite connectivity, including the maritime and energy sectors.

The companies’ new multi-million-dollar agreement, whose financial details were not revealed, builds upon their existing relationship in the energy, commercial maritime, and cruise industries.

As part of the agreement, Intellian will continue to provide equipment to Speedcast as a preferred supplier, ensuring delivery to meet customer needs, despite volatile supply chain constraints, according to an official statement.
