How has the journey been over the last 14 months in these unprecedented times?
I had to fill big shoes at the peak of the pandemic 14 months ago and I think three things helped me the most; one is the backup of my team. I have a big team with a huge breadth and depth of expertise and experience. We have grown together into our respective roles.
