Indus MD Bimal Dayal resigns

Mumbai: Indus Towers Thursday said that Bimal Dayal, managing director and chief executive officer has resigned from the posts to pursue opportunities outside the company.

In a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange, the company said that his resignation was approved by the board and his last working day is currently under consideration and will be announced along with the succession plan.

Dayal’s stint at Indus Towers spans 12 years; six years as the chief operating officer and six years as MD & CEO of lndus Towers.
