Salesforce announces $2-million local grant for India

Customer relationship management (CRM) firm Salesforce announced on Wednesday a local grant of $2 million for 22 non-profit organisations in India

The grant would include entities working towards child welfare, workforce development, and providing quality education for all.

“These grants are expected to impact over 40,000 individuals in India,” said Arundhati Bhattacharya, chief executive officer (CEO) and chairperson of Salesforce India.
