PM Modi, US President Joe Biden launch joint initiative on critical, emerging technologies
A new India-US initiative on critical and emerging technologies has been launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and President Joe Biden at a bilateral meeting in Tokyo as the two sides resolved to expand defence cooperation and welcomed the signing of an investment incentive agreement that will focus on healthcare, renewable energy, infrastructure and other sectors.
Modi described the India-US relationship as truly a “partnership of trust” and said he was confident that the friendship will continue to be a “force for good” for global peace and stability.
