Curiosity is a valuable trait among staff, leaders: Report

Managers in India struggle, similar to their global peers, with issues related to employee morale and retention, as well as face challenges related to hiring applicants with necessary technical and interpersonal skills, according to a new report.

The SAS Curiosity@Work report found that managers in India, however, are on a par with global averages in believing curiosity is an intrinsically valuable trait that will continue to become more important for employees to have, particularly among company leadership.
