Infosys comes together with BP to build energy-as-a-service solution

Bengaluru: Infosys NSE -0.25 % has come together with British oil and gas major bp to co-develop and pilot an energy-as-a-service (EaaS) solution to optimise utilisation of power and help businesses meet their goals of reducing emissions.

The solution, which will be piloted at Infosys’ Pune campus, will collect data from multiple energy assets and use artificial intelligence to optimise the supply and demand for power, heating, cooling and EV charging
