ZEE versus Invesco: HC reserves order

The Bombay High Court on Friday reserved its order in a civil suit filed by Zee Entertainment NSE -4.06 % Enterprises (ZEE) seeking to declare the requisition notice sent by the company’s largest shareholder Invesco invalid.

Justice GS Patel, after hearing arguments from both sides adjourned the matter to October 26 for the pronouncement of the order.
