ZEE to consider Invesco’s EGM demand

The Bombay High Court on Thursday asked the board of Zee Entertainment Enterprises NSE 0.22 % (ZEE) to consider the requisition notice of its largest shareholder Invesco to convene an extraordinary general meeting (EGM).

The court, while making such a suggestion also asked the parties to propose a date and name of some neutral chairperson to conduct the EGM.
