Apple announces a special event for October 18

Cupertino-based tech giant Apple sent out media invites for a special event to be held on October 18. The event comes just one month after Apple held its annual iPhone event on September 14. The invite reads, “Unleashed” and it will be an online event.

What to expect from Apple “Unleashed” event:

Rumours have been doing the rounds about Apple launching all-new MacBook models. It has been suggested that Apple will also unveil — or rather “unleash” — a new updated M1 processor. The rumour mill has called it M1X processor.

It has been rumoured that two new MacBook models — 14-inch and 16-inch — could be launched. Apple had last year launched M1 powered Mac mini, MacBook Pro and MacBook Air.
