B2B platform for factories bijnis raises $30 million in Series B funding

Mumbai: Bijnis, a business-to-business platform for factories, has raised $30 million, or about Rs 220 crore, in a Series B funding round led by Westbridge Capital. Existing investors InfoEdge, Matrix Partners India, Sequoia Capital India, and Waterbridge Ventures also participated in the fundraising.

The investment will primarily be utilised towards expanding the base of manufacturers on the platform from the existing 5,000 and helping them generate demand by expanding the retailer base as well, cofounder Siddharth Vij said.
