Ceragon bags project to provide connectivity to rural areas of Indonesia
NEW DELHI: Networking equipment vendor Ceragon said it has bagged a “multi-million-dollar” project to design and supply a microwave network in Indonesia for providing internet and telecom access to the rural areas in the country, under a government project.
Ceragon is the primary vendor for the project to supply wireless transmission solutions for the 4G-LTE access network, including design and project management services.
Indonesia’s geographical conditions as well as COVID-19 cases pose a challenge to the country in the achievement of its Universal Service Obligation goal.
