Zee Ent. shares rise 19.99 per cent in Tuesday’s trading session

Shares of Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd. rose 19.99 per cent to Rs 224.15 in Tuesday’s trade as of 10:00AM (IST) even as the benchmark Nifty ruled at 17411.95, up 56.65 points.

The scrip had closed at Rs 186.8 in the previous session. The stock quoted a 52-week low of Rs 166.8 and a high of Rs 261.0. The company quoted a market-cap of Rs 21659.63 crore on the BSE.

On BSE, 592,639 shares have changed hands on the counter so far. At its prevailing price, the stock traded at 22.02 times its trailing 12-month EPS of Rs 10.24 per share and 1.93 times its book value. The return on equity (ROE) stood at Rs 7.92.
