Malayali food aggregator to go live on Chingam 1

KOCHI: AnuAnukrishnan, a young techie from Suthan Bathery in Wayanad has come up with a social media platform Foodoyes, that also works as a food aggregator to rival the likes of Swiggy and Zomato.

While the leading aggregators demand up to 30% of the menu price from restaurant owners, Foodoyes, will take only 1% from the restaurants as commission, the founder claimed. On Chingam 1st, Foodoyes is going live with pan-Kerala coverage.

“Ours is a social media platform dedicated to food only – one couldn’t order food seeing a post on Facebook or Instagram, directly on that platform. You have to do it using an aggregator? However, ours is a platform that allows users to buy food from the listed restaurants,” Anukrishnan said.
